E-TEAM
The E-Team at Burke Mountain Academy is a post-graduate program that provides elite-level ski racers with advanced training and resources to accelerate development and close the gap between high school/college skiing and competitive international racing.
BMA's E-Team is highly selective and limits admissions to 12 athletes annually. Participants gain access to top-notch, individualized coaching, BMA's state-of-the-art training facility, the Ronnie Berlack Center, and additional training opportunities through BMA's partnership with premier ski program Baerums Ski Club / Dønski Ski Gymnasium located in Oslo, Norway.
BMA is committed to ensuring E-Team athletes a positive culture and a platform for continued personal growth in an environment that celebrates hard work and offers a high degree of independence and personal responsibility alongside rigorous athletic training.
E-TEAM ROSTER
Based on campus in East Burke, VT, the E-Team plays an essential role as leaders and mentors in the BMA community both on and off the hill. This elect group of athletes comes from all over the world to BMA to commit themselves to the singular pursuit of ski racing and find out just how far they can go.
